[UA] OT Anyone run a con like this (was Cons to Watch out for)

I never ran it or saw it ran.  A long memo was received regarding this from 
one of my firends who works at a bank.  It may be an example of an urban 
myth that got someone scared.  The upshot was that the tellers were being 
lax about checking ID and I thought the scam looked UAble in some way.

I don't spend my time coming up with these sort of things.
