[UA] How many vampires are there?

  I stated in my post "Vampires and Magic" that there
were not many vampires in UA.  However I didn't do the
actual math.  How many do you think there are?  How
rich/powerful do you think they get?  After all some
of them have been practising their skills for a while
now and could command large prices for various
"services".
  I'd just like to hear people's theories.
