I have this suspicion that you'll find it time well spent.
Mostly because it's just fantastic!

I've been following the log since a link to it first appeared
on the list about a year ago. With the final chapter revealed
I've got the feeling you get when you reach the end of a
really good book - you know it had to end there 'cause you're
at the last page but you really wish it'd keep going.

ObUA: The Storyteller is an almost too obvious archetype.
Channels might include general ability to influence people
at low level and perhaps a sort of viral effect for the
high level channels that can turn others onto the same path.
Possible explanations for that could be a truly altruistic
soul as the one currently sitting in the Clergy for that
seat. Someone who desires nothing more than for his descendants
to surpass him and fulfill the role better than even he can.
The question then would be what would such a person look like
when they come popping out the other side of the House?
