[UA] Charge gathering

Yeah, hear, hear. So, once the Dipsomancer acquires a vessel, all his
formerly minor charges become significant, right?  I've never actually
played (let alone run) UA, so I'm not sure how this works.  And, gearing up
for a campaign, of course, fist potential player wants to be a dipsomaniacal
ambulance driver.  So, please - stories/advice from game masters or
designers - how have you handled dipsomancers in teh past?  he wants the
first session to revolve around him getting a vessel of some kind, but is
leaving details up to me.  I'm worried that, once he /has/ a vessel, he'll
be charging himself full of sig charges, instead of minor ones.

On a related note, if all you have are significant charges, and the spell
calls for a minor one, what's the conversion?
