When I was coding 18 hours a day on my MUSH many years ago, my alarm went
off one morning and I thought about resetting the system clock of the room
so I'd have another hour to sleep. Took me a few minutes before I realized
the problem with this. :)

I've always wanted to use this sort of thing in a game. Have a person wake
up one day and, in his delirium, try to do something impossible because he
can't remember he can't and have this be his magical awakening.
