It means "tiny sex" or, perhaps, "telesex."  It indicates a roleplaying
scene describing explicit sexual acts.

Some people perform TS to the exclusion of nearly all other activities on
a MU*.  Some make characters who seem to exist for the sole purpose of
attracting a wide variety of TS partners.
