>Last July, he plucked an Idaho Falls, Idaho, hiker off

UA story: The PCs investigate a mysterious rash of disappearances and
illnesses in Idaho. There's no malevolent wendigo or violated indian
burial ground: Just a bunch of celebrity-struck dumbfucks hoping to get
rescued by Han Solo.

If the reinstatement of capital punishment was clearly doing nothing to
reduce the number of murders in those states permitting it, it certainly
appeared to be cutting down on the number of confessions.
