[UA] PBEM call-up.

Well, I find myself, yet again, with some spare time over the next few 
months; certainly enough to run a PBEM.  (My last one got caught up in my 
university Finals and slowed to a halt.)

I have in mind an Elizabethan era game set mainly in and around London, 
which will have something of the spirit of UA, and be focused around the 
practice of magick, contrasted with the bloody intrigues of court and the 
viciousness of the London streets.  It'll be mainly freeform, but I may 
impose some kind of loose rules structure.  There'll be a lot of player 
input.
