    It was a good show.  It was basically a rip-off of "Ferris Bueller's Day
Off," but it went into weird surreal areas.  (By contrast, after PLCL
started, an actual Ferris Bueller series was tried by NBC, and it flopped
big).

    I'd also recommend Malcolm In the Middle.
