I loved Parker Lewis.

Annother that I'm surprised evaded mention was the Nickalodeon title
/Pete & Pete/... some serious wierdness there... including guest
apperances by all kinds of people. Iggy Pop was a regular guest star as
the head of the International Adult Conspiracy (motto: Because We Said So).

The kid named 'Papercut' comes to mind as a wierd adept... papyrimaner?
Like clockworking but with origami...

It seems his taboo was loosing at rock-paper-scissors. (he allways chose
paper and all the kids were too scared to pick anything but rock.)

Remembering my tenure as a kid, the rather tenuous grasp on causality
that goes along with it suggests that the taboos are not as closely
linked with what you do.. they'd maybe be totally unrelated.

Please forgive my disjointed rambling.. I'm not coherrent this soon
after waking up.
