It's a great idea. A scenario book, One Shots style, is probably a
better option. Maybe with a short introduction about children and UA.

A separate game dealing with children and magick... sounds really good,
but perhaps the UA setting is too gritty for it. I'd go for something
more surreal and dreamlike (shades of Puppetland here...)
