Given a choice between making a whole load of little minor cuts over a few
days, and stabbing myself in the thigh, I'd pick the former. Yeah, sure,
grabbing the siggy's faster and theoretically more efficient, but it also
hurts a hell of a lot more and leaves the fleshworker vulnerable.

I suspect if I ever wind up with a dipsomancer PC, his cup will be something
freaky and old, like Dirk Allen's skull cup - something you can't carry
around in public that easily.

How about some ability which lets him keep people who desire him away from
him? Synchronicity ensures that the more you want him, the farther away he
gets.
