[UA] Release schedule stuff

I'm agreeing with the general consensus:  I'd prefer two bigger better books
per year.  I'd have been way more bummed out if this happened this time last
year though, just because now there are other good games on the market that
didn't used to be.  But don't worry, I still buy all the new UA books.
