[UA] New artifact and ritual as an urban legend

Oh, oh, other UAeee stuff - the Lix are good, cool, showy - what about the
magical nature of our kids?
The whole "defeat the body (meat), then do whatever you want with it" kick,
that (with good, ritual taboo breaking sex) is shut down?
Does Kisson work for the Cruel Ones?
For me, Books of Blood has way more mileage for a UA game. On the other
hand, for me Freeway Games, by Orson Scott Card (or maybe King's Meat) have
way more mileage.
And on the myth/legend note, every PC I've played and seen played in this
darned crazy setting would *deliberatly* withold or change bits of
information before letting them into the OU at large.
That way, if they heard that rumor back, they knew who was talking. And, a
basic desire to keep information/power to themselves.
