Any comabt if you did run a RTS game would need to be more complicated than most ones I've seen.  You'd be fighting in an urban environment, mainly, so entrances and exits and things would play a large part in your strategy when ambushing your enemies, etc.  Plus, making sure your adepts and avatars don't break taboo would affect strategy, etc.  I wonder what the non-combat strategy would consist of, either investigation or daily life (kinda like the Sinms, then), most likely.
