My worst dream was ultra-violent (to the point of making me physically sick

PS: Related to sleep: how many people around always wake up 2 minutes before
the alram clock was supposed to ring? It happens to me all the time. Quite
weird. And since I don't wake up "in surprise", I (almost) never remembers
my dreams/nightmares...
