[UA] suggestion, dreams, & reactions

Never had paralysis that I know of. But probably do
have apnea (overweight). As for dreamcatchers, I have
a gargoyle above my bed. A small gargoyle, mind you.
When I bought it, there was a little message with it
about how it was to protect your dreams from
nightmares. I was skeptical at that concept, but
decide to give it a shot. Have had few nightmares
since, but some wierd ones have gone through. The
wierdest was when I was being chased by some woman,
most of the dream is foggy- including her face. The
main thing was when I woke up in the middle of it, I
swore I saw her right beside my bed. My reaction, I
punched at it. It wasn't the last time I had that type
of reaction to a wierd dream.

Not the type of reaction I really want to have when I
am abruply awakened from sleep. 

But maybe it was a bit of 'power of suggestion'. Since
I put some belief into the gargoyle's "powers", I had
very few nightmares- just some wierd dreams. Don't
mind many of the wierd ones since it's my mind blowing
off stress & other releases of things in the
subconcious.

Then there's the dream all the buildings had the top
of Freddy Kruger's head... but that's another story.
