I've had sleep paralysis, but never with any pressure on my chest. On
the other hand, I tend to sleep on my side. Most of the time I just
have an intense sense of fear and forboding and can't reach the lamp to
check for ghosties. Only once did I dream of a woman (or for that
matter any other substatial being) and that was the one from the Lone
Gunman after the first episode. However, that was more like a dream
with the paralysis as a side effect.
