Damn. I remember that. It *was* scary. I think you'd have to remember the final
frames of Karen Black rocking back and forth in Trilogy of Terror. And wasn't
there a horror flick ad that featured someone sleeping, and a spider descending
a strand of web just over the sleeper's open mouth? What picture was that? There
must be some kind of paradoxical mojo for images we've invested with more terror
than they should've ever inspired. Hell, Sleestaks still scare the crap out of
me.
