Well, I'd say: yes and no. The idea is cool, but still... The entropomancer
is basically in the same situation as the passengers, but they are helpless
and she isn't. Therefore they are in the same train, but the passengers
face more risks. This alone should put a real entropomancer to shame.

I wouldn't give an entropomancer any charges when in a situation were lives of
innocent people are at stake and the entropomancer takes lesser risks than
them... As I see it, an adept can only harvest some charges when he stands
in the middle of the event: he can't afford to be a mere beholder.

Another funny situation: set up the scenario of Speed (you can't go below
50mph or your car explodes) and you have to survive in a big town for, say,
15 minutes or so.
