This looks like a very good policy, especially in this context... Is she going
to risk it and try to see what she gets?

Alternately trying to climb a building/cliff without a safety "net".

I have problems imagining this situation. He's the guy very good with guns or
at blindfighting? Otherwise I guess the risk is low (it also depends on the
size of the room/space available for both).

This one is cool (if I may say so), but jumping off in the middle, well, I'll
reward that with the basic charge for jumping off, and then I'd consider she
broke her taboo. On the other hand, good luck, I have strictly no idea what
the probability of hitting another train would be...

I think there was a discussion here before to decide if the charges should be
granted on intent or on result. I can't remember what was the conclusion.
Since we are talking about risk and probabilities, I'd say she should get a
minor charge if the outcome is more likely to be a minor injury, and a sig if
the outcome is more likely to be a major/life-threatening injury.
Other ideas:
- you get acquainted with a major terrorist organization, and volunteer to go
and be the one who puts the bomb in place. Then you wait and about 2 minutes
before it explodes, you try to disarm it. If you can't, the building (and a few
hundreds innocent lives) blows up. I guess it counts as major (if you're not
a professional in this matter, obviously). A little bit a la "Lethal Weapon 3".
Blue or red? :)
- you try to walk 1 miles on a lane for urgency stops (what's the name of this
thing?) along a (busy) highway, or on the tracks of a very fast train. Sig.
