[UA] Too Much Violence Hardening

It's a little bit hard. Basically, it starts off with shots of this
calm-looking japanese man being held at gunpoint in a moving car. These
alternate with a text sequence. Eventually, the man, moving really
quickly, knocks the hand with the gun forward so that, when the guy
shoots, he kills the driver.
It then goes into a typical trailer sequence of random scenes from the
movie with a voiceover, centering on this same japanese guy. He looks
very casual as he shoots, we presume, a very large number of people. He
never talks throughout the trailer. One memorable moment is when you see
him calmly, unhurriedly walk through a door and close it. Instants later,
someone offscreen fires about six shots through the door.
The things I'm interested in are the details. The actor (whom others
have correctly identified as "Beat" Takeshi Kitano, who's also the writer
and director) has this great nonchalance about all the violence.
