As I mentioned, Liam has supplies of both, and charges sweet-fuck-all for
them.

I will warn people that 'Instrument of Precision' is _very_ different from
the other Trauma scenarios, which are mostly crime/thriller things. I was
hoping for a book full of IoP-like ideas, and I was disappointed.

Which isn't to say that there aren't some cool ideas there (clunky system,
but some good scenarios); just don't expect it to be something it isn't.
