That's the gist of it.  It's published by Hogshead, who also put out Mr. Tynes's Puppetland/Power Kill (and are at http://www.hogshead.demon.co.uk/NewStyle.htm ).  You can put whatever you want in your sentence, but if someone else doesn't like it, there's a whole system of auctions and dice rolling to change it.  Plus, who can Godzilla and/or the gods (among other settings/genres).
