Between reading _Declare_ and re-reading "Delta Green", I've been wondering 
about how much the governement knows about magick in UA.  My guess would be: 
quite a lot, if you ask the right people.  Not that they'd be too likely to 
*tell* you anything, of course.  I don't think that would know anything too 
coherent, though...just bits and peices of information, without any context 
that would enable them to put it all together into something useful.

Nor do I think that there would be any formal structure in place to deal 
with unnatural events or people.  No Men In Black, or anything of that 
nature.

This having been said, a Delta Green/Unknown Armies crossover sounds really 
tasty.  The Army of the Third Eye, from DG: Countdown, seems perfect for a 
UA campaign.
