[UA] Dipsomancy Charge Gathering

The sound of exhaling breath, like slowly blowing out a candle, but the
smell of gunpowder scares you too much to turn around.

Help me out guys. An idea just hit me. And I have so few good ideas.
When I get one, I like to hang on like a tick on a dog’s ear. By the
way, long time lurker, Roger, here. Great list.

                                                Regarding Dipsomancy:
        Instead of worrying how old the glass/flask/bottle is used in
charge gathering, why not base charge gathering off the amount of liquor
being consumed and/or the tradition of drinking behind it?
         I’m not talking about bing-drinking bottles of Everclear, at
least not solo. I’m thinking more along the lines of dipsomancers
getting a bigger charge off a group of drunks, that they incite and/or
are part of

 I can see them hanging around college football stadiums just before
homecoming game, trying to cop a significant charge
 The office Chrismas
party for a bunch of Xerox salesmen
 Any strip joint just off the Fort
Benning military base on Friday night
 Or an Irish cop bar in New York
waiting for shift change, buying round after round.
        And  just like Cliomancers, maybe only one Dipsomancer can glom
a charge off a particular incident of drunkenness. But how to decide who
gets the charge? Well, whichever dipsomancer gets the drunkest of
course! With the qualifier that the dipsomancer must be drunker than ANY
person at the event to get the charge. Watch out for that blonde girl
they sent to the hospital to get her stomache pumped!
        Maybe a significant event gets broken down to several minor
charges if there is more than one dipsomancer “at the tap” so to speak.
Would they know if more than one dipsomancer had targeted an event?
        My question is, “Will dipsomancers dogfight at Mardi Gras in New
Orleans, or just settle it with an old fashion drinking contest?”

        If this is a legitimate method of charge gathering,  I can see
my players buying booze for minors, or trying to be the Old Man who
hangs out at the Frat Party(Archetype?). I like this. I see dipsomancy
as a logical extention of a bartending job
Easy to meet chicks when you
are 20-something, but kind of sad when you really look at it 15 years
later.( I say that on the way out the door to pick up a 12-pack of
Sierra Nevada).
        I’m about to start my designated shift as GM for our group. And
I can’t get the idea for a hard-drinking UA game set in the outlying
parishes of Louisiana at a swamp-side roadhouse famous for alternative
music
