Seems good enough to me but don't forget to mention that word order can be 
changed at will so the sentences can be made more confusing and enigmatic. 
Latin, like most other ancient languages, distinguished the word function by 
its  word ending, unlike most modern languages which use the simpler and 
more sophisticated method of word order.
You could also say:

Quanta scientiae caritas est?
or
Quanta est scientiae caritas?
or even
Quanta caritas est scientiae?
