Damn.  What an amazing story.  

For some reason I kept picturing it as a comic book...  Not a "normal"
comic book, but one of those small-run autobiographical ones like American
Splendor or Big Mouth.  

Well, I'll just think of that the next time I start bitchin' about
something in my life.  It won't stop my complaining, of course, but it
might shorten the duration.
