The Spanish Prisoner is an old con-game that involves having a sister who
has the ability to get money in this country but needs to get here from
Spain to do it.  You front money for the opportunity to get a return.  You
get nothing.

That's my general assumption whenever someone will sell a potential to make
money.  It's probably a Spanish Prisoner.
