Interesting question.

I don't recall trannies (be they -sexual or -vestite) really getting discussed in there beyond the Mystic Hermaph writeup itself.

Given the central "power of obsession" theme of UA, I'd be inclined to let a F->M channel the Masterless Man (not even nature can hold him back), or an M->F be a Flying Woman, for much the same reason.  The Mother's probably disallowed outright tho, being so tied to fertility.

TS's more hung up on their previous gender or who are more into the 'transcending gender' thing will probably lean towards Mystic Hermaphrodite, Outsider, or possibly Two-Faced Man.
