Agree totally. I've been in favor of something like this for years.
Prostitution has been around for pretty much all of human history, and
it's been illegal or disapproved of for most of that time, and it hasn't
gotten rid of prostitution. I think everyone would be better off
(especially the prostitutes) if it was legalized and regulated, made
safer (and probably get the bejesus taxed out of it...). The only ones
who would lose are the pimps, and as far as I'm concerned, the pimps can
take a flying fuck at a rolling doughnut. Probably the third lowest form
of life on earth...

Don't foresee it happening in my lifetime, though.
