Plus you have to realize the ballot was changed to accomodate the senior 
demographics of that county.  It was thought that older people would be able 
to read it better with the larger print.  But if you've seen pictures of the 
ballot, the way it looked, in my opinion, makes it a helluva lot more 
confusing.
