[UA] House of Leaves

Just picked up this book on Sunday and, besides seriously creeping me out, 
was wondering what others thought. It could make an interesting UA 
scenario. Either the PCs discover the Navidson Record or are involved in 
the events of its filming.

Or it could just be a really twisted House of Renunciation.

Thoughts?
