[UA] Open-Source OTE Progress?

I have to bring home my CD of the OTE rules layout so I can extract a "WaRP
System Reference Document" to put under the OGL.  Maybe this weekend.
Though, um, I'm really into writing another D20 adventure at the moment,
entitled "Now is the Winter."
