Agree with you. This kind of thing is better done of a volunter basis.
Mainly because most people prefer to play in a familiar environment: their
hometown. And then descriptions contemporary well know places aren't really
a thing that sells, and understandably so: is a lot more fun to by a tourist
guide to a familiar city and create all kinds of plots and conspiracies. And
besides WW tried to do something of the kind and it didn't work.
