The Bad Man shouldn't be that bad to use. Make
subtlety his strongest point. He probably has enough
markers to call in from just "mundane" people to make
someone's life hell, and it will be hard to trace the
actions back to him. Stat Monster? Maybe so. But if
you were channeling The Merchant, wouldn't you want to
take a proper commission as well? Hey as long as he's
willing to trade away 5 years of his life for
something, he might as well trade away 6 and you take
your 'yearly' fee and the participants still get what
they want. Ok, that's rambling on. But it's in how he
is used. A guide or a steamroller.
Enlightened Tai Chi. As soon as they loose their
yin-yang balance, kiss those abilities goodbye since
they were only granted due to the person's harmony
with nature.
Team Salvation. They can be both help & hinderance
depending on what they think of your group.
Or, as per standard operating procedure, use what you
like & feel you can fit into your story & drop the
rest.
