Well, I liked Enlightened Tai Chi and though I'll probably never use Team 
Salvation in my game, I thought they were an interesting UA-spin on the 
superhero genre.
But the Bad Man is just too powerful, I think. He might have been better if 
not given any stats at all, simply to be used as deus ex machina by the GM, a 
la The Comte or Stephen Alzis.(from Delta Green.)
