Hurm...  Not a question I'd really considered.

1: The Comte.  definitely.  Because he's the Comte.
2: Ken Hite, because if a PC were to investigate him, I'd hand them the collected Suppressed Tranmissions and let them sort it out)
3: the Tai Chi Master
4: Jesus the Ambulance Driver
5: Dr. Ugly Mouth, because he's got a cool name and I can't think of another GMC that really struck me.

I'm partial to a couple of characters mentioned only by name in Hush Hush (which I haven't finished reading, so the list could change when I'm done with it) like "The Sharpener" because of cool ideas I get suggesed by the name, but nothing solid on them enough to get them on the list.
