Well, I don't think the Comte or the Invisible Clergy are common
knowledge in the OU. I rather suspect most dukes and cabals know nothing
about the Clergy, or they know very little mixed with a lot of bullshit.
Have in mind that both Alex Abel and Daphnee Lee know about the Clergy
due to special circumstances (Abel almost Ascended, and Lee witnessed
the Goddess' Ascension). But neither of them know how many slots have
been filled in the Clergy, and probably nobody knows it, except maybe
the Comte, and he isn't talking.  

As for the Comte, he is a classic occult trope, like Atlantis or
pyramid astral power, so his name is well known . But very, very few
people know who the Comte IS. Some people would think he's a very
powerful adept, others think he's an Atlantean, and still others think
he's just a legend.

It's rather good, so yeah, pick it if you can. There's info about the
Clergy and their actions, how to achieve Ascension, godwalkers and
ascension wars, some new archetypes... There's also a big section about
the House of Renunciation (which is my favourite part of the book), and
three versions of the First and Last Man.
