Yeech. We spend half a dozen emails commenting how wonderful and insightful
and intelligent the list is, and follow it by a "so what's your favourite
NPC?" poll that could have been spawned by the most clueless Usenet newbie.

Actually - Greg/John, why GMC? What's wrong with NPC?

1. Il Comte - mainly thanks to Foucault's Pendulum
2. Dirk Allen. Mundane enough to be usable in any situation, but with a lot
of plot hooks and potential.
3. Alex Able. Captain Plot Generator.
4. The Bad Man...I actually dislike his write-up in PoMoMa (too infallible),
but the hints in TNI painted a very interesting 'lil picture. Plus, I got to
play him in Eamon Honan's Gaelcon UA larp, which was fun until I screwed up
royally.
5. Selena (the talk show host). Dunno why.
