I seem to recall some John Wick column (Play Dirty, Designer's Journal,
whatever) where he gave a summary of an Over The Edge game he ran. From
what I remember of it, at the end he has the characters led into a room
containing a number of individuals bound to chairs, with black bags over
their heads. The characters are then informed these people have been
controlling their lives all along, manipulating them for a game. Handed
guns, the characters are told there is only one way they will ever be free
from the player's tyranny.
I've been checking my OTE books, and no luck so far in finding such a
published adventure/scenario.
