Texas is almost as tough on drugs as they are on littering. You get all kinds
of "intent to distribute" issues with that much. There's a link:

go hunt around there. There's always extenuating circumstances. The thing about
Texas is that the prisons there are bad. They're not like prisons in Colorado.
They're bad. I'd see that he does time, just so I could do some horrid,
over-the-top prison riff. Watch a Brute Force and Cool Hand Luke double-feature
while eating some of my secret Mondongo chile burritos and some Bloody
Marias--see what oozed up from the resulting nightmares.
