I saw it and I thought it was a piece of shit, quite frankly. It reminded
me of the presidential election: A dire demonstration of the limits of
focus groups.
Lemme switch gears into world-weary Gen X cynical insider mode here...
(whatever, whatever, whatever...) Okay, I'm there.
I think BW2 was a rather clumsy attempt to reposition the "Blair Witch"
property. I think they were trying to sell it to everyone who DIDN'T like
the first one, so they did everything differently. First one worked solely
by implication and made you think your way through to the terror? Not BW2!
We'll just go for the gore!
