A campaign in Florida set during and after this election would be neat.  Redneck sheriffs stealing boxes of ballots, cliomancers fiddling with things to make history and harness it (harnessing history as it's being made) avatars of the Demagogue (and others, but politics is a great place for Demagogues) and alligators.  The alligators just have to be around and eat someone in the end.  Old folks claiming to be retired but actually seeking the Fountain of Youth.  "Deliverance" with political intrigue and magick.  Then again, my vision of Florida's probably pretty warped, as I've never been there.
