We would then, unquestionably, be ruled by the Gorn. 
I don't know about y'all, but after speculating about a
zombie executive branch (goes well with voodoo economics),
assimilation by a literary virus, invasion by
interdimensional bees, and the Gorn--I'm starting to feel a
little better about the election!
