Ah James, just you wait.  As you spend more time here,
you'll see that the media is quite focused.  The news
rarely mention the ban on gay marriages in Nebraska and
Nevada.  Or the legalization of the medical use of
marijuana in Colorado and Nevada.  It makes some mention of
the dead senator elected in Missouri (and I voted for him
too) but not much.  

You weren't here in the States when we drowned on President
Clinton's exploits with an intern.  Or the nearly 2-year
coverage of an ex-football player on trial for murdering
his ex-wife and a Jew (the Jew part being important because
some people thought that his ethnicity was more pertinent
than the fact that he was probably in the wrong place at
the wrong time).

ObUA:  Well, the media is always important in UA.  Perhaps
this explains how the Sleepers can keep things quiet.  Some
yahoo in Georgia discovers a bizarre cockfighting ring
using animated teddy bears, but his story is easily
overshadowed by the actor admitting that he stuck gerbils
up his bum.
