arrive. However (and i say this for canadians on the mailing list) the book
isn't even announced for pre-orders by distributors....Was it really
shipped?What happened? >>

It shipped to distributors in the US and Canada last week; it shipped to
non-North American distributors yesterday (Nov. 2nd), along with the Lunch
Money reprint and the new Penumbra adventure (by yours truly), Thieves in
the Forest.  (We combine orders when the release dates fall close together
to save overseas customers on freight and customs brokerage costs.)
Canadian orders went to I.B.E. (formerly S.T.V.), Lion Rampant and New
Century Distributors.
