If I was running UA, I'd be all over them. Having been raised Catholic and having little sense of taste (and similar grounds for my players) I could make them variously comically amusing (trying to expel demons by chanting in Latin) to bizarre and rather threatening (especially if any PCs are adepts or avatars, then they'd be like a modern Inquisition).
After reading some more of Mr. Hite's Suppressed Transmissions, I got to making up an even dodgier etymology for Cecil, taking it from the Latin caeles (or related, I'm just working from the Perseus project) which means heavenly, implying Cecil either returend to Earth from the grave (as a demon hunting demons) or as a renounced IC member (previously something like the Magus or Shaman or something). I'm not certain what that'd mean, except either way Cecil himself might still be around (immortal or switching bodies) to make a good behind the scenes villian (or ally, depending).
