Just got mine today-- last copy at the store, too.
I'm about 50 pages in (the end of Chapter 1-- metaphors for the Statosphere, Avatar symbology, Godwalking, Ascending, kicking out sitting Archetypes, and Tilting rules), and so far the work of Messrs. Palmer and Tynes is up to their usual high standards and I trust the same'll be true of the other contributors.
I do note the Powers referencing is getting overt-- two namechecks and one questionable reference to the end of Last Call so far.
I also got Robin Laws' latest, PANTHEON. It's interesting but kinda slight; reminds me of nothing so much as a multigenre version of BARON MUNCHAUSEN. Still, this is by no means a bad thing and it's well worth your six bucks.
