Hello All, Hello Greg,

I agree, but just to a certain extent. To give EVERTHING a supernatural
tone, is really annoying. WW specially have a thing for this, with ever damn
thing in the WOD been the result of some plot of vamps, weres, whatever. But
if one event, or string of events, can be adapted, like the "L.A. Riots",
i'd say it's cool, even so when it looks so irrational as they seen to have
been, and at same time, so "planned" to have happened so violently and
spreading so fast.

A knack of supernatural in the given History, can be fun, and useful, if not
used do often. And im just written this, because, as Sascha, i had seen this
as a "plot feature" in a LA Campaign. The thing that happens here, is that
the world of UA, looks like our own, and when we look to make campaing in
the past, we have to worry about the kind of things in real live History,
that could be used in our own stories, using the "shadowy aspect of facts",
to woven new stuff onto the pseudo-history we are creating for our players.
To give a
non-Gothic-Modern-Horror-view-of-a-world-that-resembles-but-that-is-not-ours
, is easier, and can be built just adding supernatural aspects to everthing,
to give a "normal, but with tons of supernatural happening in the
underground", we have to consent that some aspects of History, could have
been used as parts of supernatural plots, specially the ones that does look
natural.

And, in the other view, is too naturally to think that everthing is caused
by supernatural plots or entities, in a setting like UA. Damn, with all that
sinchronicity around, can someone really pin point the actually movers and
shackers? EVERTHING could possible have a supernatural reason to be like it
is. Actually, in the cosmological level, the way the world is, is totally
about the way the last universe ends, so... :):)

And probably, most adepts, should believe the world is in most part, if not
every little piece of it, is governed by the Invisible Clergy, The Templars,
The Hell, By Alex Abel, By the Naked Goddess, etc.

[]s,

    Dream Lord

P.S.: Anyone have a timelime with the major LA earthquakes of the 90's?
P.P.S.: With the "rules for Formula Spells", should we now limit the number
os spell an adept player knows in the beggining of the game? Or even put the
"usual number of initial formulas know by beggining adepts" at each school?
I just received my PoMoMa, it looks cool, i love the Rev fiction, but i hate
the first chapter, still reading the new rituals. :):)
